Fear is worrying about something that has not yet happened,

hope is believing something that has not yet happened.


In this exercise, Tina will show you how to move from fear to hope.

Your Future Story

In this exercise you will write a letter to your future self.


As you live, you may forget the hopes, dreams and promises you made to yourself.


It is powerful to write what you want for your future self and go back and read in the future.

Your why will guide you through every decision.


Without a guide or map on why you do what you do, you will flounder.

Visualization will build your belief, confidence and motivate you to take action to do the hard work.


If you don’t visualize your way to a new reality you will get stuck in your current reality. Depending on the space you are currently in, things can spiral downhill quickly.
