This guarantee protects the seller if for any reason the buyers financing falls
through due to no fault of the seller or the property.
This guarantee is valid even if the buyer has loss of job, incurs new debt, funds to close come from an unacceptable source, or credit score drops. If the buyer does anything to jeopardize their financing, my guarantee still stands!
The following conditions will void this guarantee:
- If property issues or value prevent financing.
- If seller cancels the contract.
- If buyer backs out of the contract when financing is available.
