Tina Mitchell’s passion for the mortgage industry is deeply personal. As a child, Tina understood what housing insecurity felt like. When her family struggled to keep a roof over their heads, she and her little sister would play their violins at Seattle Pike Place Market as street performers to help their parents make ends meet. While most kids were focused on having fun, Tina was learning early lessons about responsibility, resilience, and the true meaning of “home.” This experience was traumatic for her but instilled a fierce work ethic and a quiet determination to create stability, not just for herself, but one day for others. At just twenty years old, Tina purchased her first home. Holding those keys in her hand represented far more than a real estate transaction, it symbolized security, pride, and breaking a cycle. Today, Tina brings that same heart and determination to every client she serves. She understands that a mortgage is more than numbers on paper; it’s the foundation for families, memories, and futures. Helping others achieve their dream of homeownership is not just her profession, it’s her purpose.
Tina has been in the mortgage industry for over 30 years and has been recognized in the top 1% Nationwide. Being highly committed to education, Tina designed and founded Mortgage Triangle Software, which is available to all mortgage professionals throughout the country.
Tina has a stellar reputation in the real estate community. She has been awarded Partner Of The Year by Washington REALTORS, Media Of The Year from Seattle King County REALTORS, and Member Of The Year by Women’s Council of REALTORS.
Tina volunteers her time as keynote speaker sharing her story of Tragedy into Triumph. She is also a published author of Journey With Me.
